All rates are per hour, per technician.

Portal to portal. Labor time starts when the technician leaves our shop and ends when he returns. Travel is billed as labor time — there is no separate trip charge or service-call fee.

Minimum charge: one hour during regular hours, two hours nights and weekends. Time is billed in half-hour increments after the minimum.

Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work outside those hours on a weekday, and all day Saturday, is billed at the overtime rate. Sunday and holiday work is billed at double time unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

Time is split at the rate boundary. If a call crosses into or out of regular hours, each portion is billed at its own rate — a call running 4:30 to 5:30 PM is billed as a half hour at the regular rate and a half hour at overtime.

More than one technician may be needed. Each is billed separately at his own rate.

Parts and materials are billed in addition to labor.

Payment is COD — due on completion of the work.

Every service call carries a minimum charge — one hour during regular hours, two hours nights and weekends — even if the problem is found quickly. We will not exceed the amount you select without contacting you first.
